Assistant Development Manager | Masterplanned Communities | Institutional Developer

Your Impact:

* Support Senior Development Managers in driving multi-stage residential subdivisions from structure planning through to civil delivery and lot titling.
* Coordinate heavily with civil contractors, engineers, and landscape architects to ensure civil works and public open spaces are delivered on time and within budget.
* Assist with the navigation of complex environmental, infrastructure, and local council approvals.
* Manage the titling and settlement process, ensuring a seamless handover to purchasers and builders.
* Maintain rigorous tracking of project budgets, cash flow models, and contractor progress claims.
* Assist in community engagement initiatives and support the sales teams in driving lot sales.

The Expertise You Bring:

* Two years of experience, ideally coming from a civil engineering, town planning, project management, or property development background.
* A fundamental understanding of the subdivision lifecycle, civil construction processes, and local WA planning frameworks.
* Strong financial literacy with the ability to assist in tracking large-scale project budgets and cash flows.
* A highly organised, process-driven approach—you excel in environments with complex moving parts and multiple stakeholders.
* Tertiary qualifications in Property, Town Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
