We are seeking a Branch Operations Manager for our well-established Gracemere branch.
Role Overview
This role will provide support and leadership to all employees within the Gracemere branch.
The successful candidate will actively build relationships with current and future clients to source sales and purchasing opportunities.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Shaping the work environment to ensure that the company's values of trust and accountability are prioritised.
* Working closely with the General Manager to grow the business towards its desired strategic growth plans.
* Developing strategic plans to acquire and dispose of equipment.
* Coordinating logistics for equipment.
* Maintaining equipment through preventive and ongoing maintenance.
* Facilitating the sale of equipment.
* Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
* Establishing and enforcing standards and procedures.

* Ability to perform day-to-day duties with a commercial mindset.
* Superior written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong financial adherence and accountability.
* Proven ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders.
