Job Title: Clinical Nurse Specialist Education
This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to nursing education across multiple facilities in the Far West district.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement clinical education programs to support ongoing professional development of nursing and midwifery staff.
* Partner with the Nursing and Midwifery Education team to deliver on key strategic education initiatives.
* Travel between sites with provided accommodation when away from base site.
Requirements:
* Current Authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
* Current Certificate as a Workplace Trainer and Assessor (Certificate IV) or willingness to work towards certification within 12 months of commencement.
* Demonstrated three years of experience providing clinical teaching and education to clinicians using adult learning principles and facilitation skills.
