We are currently partnered with a Tier 1 Civil Construction. They are currently looking for a Site Administrator to join their team.
The Role
Working closely with the project and finance teams, you will provide key administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the project site.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting with accounts payable and receivable functions
* Processing purchase orders and preparing invoices
* Managing daily dockets and supporting accurate project cost tracking alongside project engineers
* Assisting the Project Finance Manager with month-end requirements
* Coordinating general office administration including phones, stationery, uniforms, and office supplies
* Maintaining project registers, records, and filing systems
* Providing general administrative support across the wider project team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
* Previous experience as a Site Administrator or Finance Administrator
* Exposure to the construction, infrastructure, or engineering sector
* Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
* A proactive attitude with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
