Job Overview:
* We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Operations Manager to lead our core operational team in supporting critical services to multiple sites.
About the Role:
* The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in leading operational teams, managing daily workloads, and prioritizing tasks across multiple technologies.
* They will also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and guide staff, negotiate priorities, and resolve conflicts in high-pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a core operational team in supporting critical Telecommunications services to multiple sites.
* Manage the operational teams' daily workloads against assigned tasks, including distribution and prioritization of work across multiple technologies.
* Ensure the accuracy of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for 80,000+ CI, change management, incident management, infrastructure lifecycle management, and reporting.
* Identify and implement operational improvements and process changes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in leading operational teams in large and complex ICT environments.
* Strong understanding of Telephony, Paging, Messaging, and Unified Communications (TPM-UC) services, Voice and Data Carriage Technologies, Cisco Unified Communications Systems and Services, Paging and Messaging Systems and Services, Networking technologies and services, Mobile Phone technologies and services.
