**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Associate to the President. As an integral member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the President and Principal Registrar, ensuring the smooth operation of Tribunal proceedings.

**Key Responsibilities:**
">
* Make accurate and detailed records of Tribunal proceedings, including electronic minutes and orders or decisions.
* Conduct legal research tasks and projects as directed by the President.
* Provide administrative assistance to the President and Principal Registrar, including diary management, visitor reception, and liaison with practitioners.
* Undertake other tasks of an administrative nature as directed by the President or Principal Registrar.
**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies.
