Job Title: Healthcare Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and courteous Healthcare Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative services.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in reception and secretarial services, data entry, and communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality reception services to patients and staff
* Answer phone calls professionally and book appointments via online booking system
* Data input into computer systems and liaison with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
* Support allied health staff in an administrative capacity
Requirements:
* Courteous and professional phone manner
* Competent typing skills (60wpm or more)
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suites and SharePoint
* High attention to detail for data entry
* Knowledge of National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) an advantage
