Digital Content Specialist Brisbane | Hybrid: 3 days in-office / 2 days WFH | $85K–$95K + super
What You'll Do:
* Manage Google Ads (Search + Conversions) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
* Optimise campaigns, report results, and make data driven adjustments.
* Edit and reformat lawyer written content to perform well digitally – no need to create content from scratch.
* Work with HubSpot CRM (or similar) to connect campaigns to pipelines, maintain nurture workflows, and ensure automations run smoothly.
* Maintain reporting, track performance, and identify what's working and what needs tweaking.
About You:
* 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, paid media, or CRM automation.
* Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic analytics.
* HubSpot experience is a strong plus.
* Comfortable with a mix of editing content, setting up campaigns, and technical execution
* Team player who thrives in a small, collaborative environment.
