* Welcoming families, children and team members.
* Introducing new families and team members to the service, conducting centre tours, assisting with enrolments and orientations.
* Manage enrolments and family accounts across multiple systems.
* Prioritise tasks to complete administrative work while managing phone, email and walk-in queries.
* Support the centre as a key member of the Leadership team.
* Liaise with maintenance teams and external suppliers to maintain the centre's appearance.
* Ensure accuracy and consistency in administrative tasks.
* Display excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
