We are seeking an AI Solutions Specialist to join our growing team based on the Central Coast.
About the Role
We’re building a small, agileDigital Hubto pioneer practical digital and AI solutions across Borg. To do that, we’re looking for anAI Solutions Specialistwho can turn AI advancements into tools people actually use.
This role is hands-on: prototyping chatbots, building smart assistants, testing predictive models, and embedding AI into workflows. You’ll be working closely with business teams to spot opportunities, prototype quickly, and refine solutions that make work simpler, faster, and smarter.
What you’ll do
Prototype and deployAI-powered toolslike chatbots, assistants, and search/find features
Apply AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI, etc.) to enhance workflows and decision-making
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Logistics to test and refine solutions
Analyse datasets to uncover insights and support forecasting and optimisation pilots
Embed AI into existing systems (ERP, CRM, and other systems) through APIs and integrations
Share knowledge and help drive adoption through demos, training, and user support
What you’ll bring
StrongPython skillsfor prototyping and data handling
Experience with AI/ML libraries (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.)
Ability to analyse and communicate insights with tools like Pandas or Power BI
2+ years’ experience delivering applied AI or automation projects
Robust communicator who can explain AI simply to non-technical users
Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant)
Exposure to business process automation or RPA is a plus
Exposure to deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP
