Overview Of The Role
This is a unique permanent opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join our large Analysis Chapter. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a role within our Consumer Tribe where your experience in UX and expertise in stakeholder coordination and management would shine.
The Chapter consists of around 300 like-minded analysts, where ideas and best practice are shared via masterclasses and knowledge sharing. You will support projects being delivered in a continuous delivery model (Agile) and supporting the platform. What You'll Do
Work within a squad as part of the broader Consumer Tribe
Build strong relationships through engagement with colleagues, and stakeholders across Business and Technology.
Document current and future state processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Use information gathering techniques to proactively discover requirements and synthesise information accurately, completely, and coherently.
Work collaboratively with delivery teams and business stakeholders to gather, validate and document business requirements and develop recommendations and solutions that meet business and customer needs.
Raise, and support mitigation and resolution of, risks and issues using established tools and frameworks were applicable.
Create detailed user stories (in JIRA) to support delivery.
Work close with squad / project members, including but not limited to Project Manager, Scrum Master, architects, Developers, Tech Leads, Test Analyst to identify, capture, plan and deliver changes
What You'll Bring
Recent experience with UX and AI
Web/mobile app experience (desired)
Minimum 5 years business analysis experience in a project/delivery orientated role, from a large organisation.
Minimum 5 years' Agile, Lean and waterfall experience including knowledge of Agile practices, workshops, and Agile ceremonies facilitation.
Must be able to translate and understand business and technical requirements and provide appropriate alternatives and solutions to meet those requirements.
Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management and influencing skills including experience in dealing with various stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Strong team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and desire to make a difference.
