We provide project and contract management services to customers in Western Australia. We are seeking a document manager to join our team in Perth.
Job Summary
In this role, you will provide document management support using ECMS. You will distribute, maintain, and retrieve project records according to company guidelines. Your attention to detail and data accuracy are crucial for successful compliance with document and records management procedures.
* Provide document and/or records management support for the assigned program.
* Develop and implement the document management system and/or records archiving system.
* Review, log, distribute, maintain, retrieve, and file a wide range of project and/or functional records and revision-controlled documents.
* Assist with customer service, questions, issues, updates, quality checks, and project closeout activities.
You will work closely with project teams, functional teams, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure procedures and work processes deliver the level of information required. You must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar, spelling, punctuation, and proper use of syntax.
