Job Description
The Workshop Manager will be responsible for leading the operational performance of the branch workshop, managing a diverse team of mechanics, metal workers, spray painters, and trades assistants.
* Provide strategic leadership, ensuring safety and financial management of workshop operations.
* Supervise, plan, and coordinate fleet maintenance activities to optimize efficiency and productivity.
* Coach employees on key procedures, quality, and safety processes to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by driving high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
* Review and improve processes, procedures, and resources to enhance fleet availability and reduce maintenance costs.
Requirements
As a Workshop Manager candidate, you should have a trade background and be looking to transition into a management role. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for developing and encouraging your team, delivering exceptional customer service, and continuously improving processes.
