About the Role
Canon is currently seeking a TM1 Business Project Manager for a 9-month contract role to drive two key work streams within the Financial Systems team of Canon Oceania. The first is the TM1 Transition Project, moving from TM1 Architect and Perspectives to Planning Analytics (PAW and PAfE). The second involves providing support for TM1 BAU activities.
This role offers flexible work from home options and is based at our Macquarie Park office. It reports to the Group Financial Systems Manager.
Scope of Role
1. Project Management for Transition to Planning Analytics:
o Manage the project from a business/end user perspective, working closely with the IT Project Manager responsible for infrastructure and software installation.
o Oversee activities such as Data Migration, Training, Testing, Change Management, Cutover, Go-live, and Hypercare.
o Collaborate with the Group Financial Systems Manager on stakeholder management, risk and issue management, and project closure.
2. Support, Maintenance, and Development of Current TM1 Environment:
o Take over Level 2 support responsibilities.
o Resolve TM1 issues as part of issue triage.
About You
With at least 5 years of experience in finance/IT, you possess advanced knowledge of TM1 Perspectives and Planning Analytics, and have project management experience related to transition projects. You are highly organized, effective in stakeholder engagement, and a team player passionate about TM1 and delivering successful projects.
