About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Macadamia Orchard Farm Worker.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general farm duties, including weeding, mulching, spraying, harvesting, mowing, irrigation, and operating and maintaining farm equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with day-to-day operations and maintenance of the macadamia orchard
* Perform general farm duties, such as weeding, mulching, spraying, harvesting, mowing, and irrigation
* Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Prior experience working in a horticultural or agricultural setting is preferred but not required
* Strong practical skills and ability to use a range of farm equipment and machinery
* A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team
* A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety
* A valid Manual driver's license
