Key Responsibilities

4. Maintain Store Appearance: Oversee store appearance, including merchandising, visual displays, and overall store maintenance.
5. Manage Inventory: Effectively manage inventory levels, minimize losses, and optimize stockroom operations.
6. Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with colleagues across the organization to achieve shared goals and objectives.


Requirements

* Proven Leadership Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail or a related industry.
* Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
* Customer-Centric Approach: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
* Results-Oriented: A results-driven approach, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and other key performance indicators.
