Then this is the role for you! Knox Private Hospital is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager to join our team. You will play a key role within a supportive team to ensure our patients have a great experience during their care. As a Nurse Unit Manager your responsibilities will include: · The position is responsible for providing clinical leadership to compliment the strategic direction, operational processes and quality management of all patients. · You will provide clinical operational direction for the unit to ensure efficient and effective management by coordinating the delivery of nursing care that is evidence based. · As the Nurse Unit Manager you will be accountable and responsible for the effective daily management of human, financial and material resources About us Knox Private Hospital is one of the largest private hospitals in Victoria, caring for over 1.2 million people across Melbourne’s east and outer east. Essential Criteria: · Current Registration with AHPRA · Working with Children check · Previous experience at ANUM or NUM level, or equivalent · Compliance with ACSQHC National standards · A strong commitment to developing in a management role · Computer literacy including MS office and various data bases · Ability to work cohesively within a team environment · Proven time management and prioritisation skills · Demonstrate a sound knowledge base in labour management · Demonstrated HR management experience Why Healthscope?
