We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct multiple phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Schedule routine rental inspections
- Organize marketing for sales and rental listings
- Assist sales reps and management
- Assist the sales administrator when required
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
