Job Description:
We seek a skilled professional to work on high-profile projects with leading businesses worldwide. Our team delivers complex projects across 118 offices and 47 countries.
* Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders internally and externally
* Oversee pre and post-contract quantity surveying duties, including cost estimates, procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, and final accounts
* Conduct feasibility studies and prepare procurement reports
* Develop and present detailed cost plans
* Manage tendering and procurement processes, including client communication and document compilation
* Ensure timely and accurate cost checking and valuation
* Provide monthly post-contract cost reports to clients
* Maintain effective communication with clients and consultants throughout project stages
