Immediate start – but will wait for the right person Varied, permanent role based at Eagle Farm Competitive salary and collaborative culture Drive continuous enhancement - establish, implement, review, & improve business systems and IMS About the role Reporting to the Executive Manager – Governance, Risk and Assurance, you will proactively assist Managers in establishing, implementing, reviewing, and improving CMC’s business systems and Integrated Management Systems (IMS). You will ensure the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of our systems through structured process mapping, integrated quality and IMS management, and oversight of internal and external ISO and accreditation audit activities, thereby enabling CMC to achieve its business objectives and targets. Working closely with the Functional Leaders and other Managers, you will help drive continuous enhancement across the organisation by providing expert guidance and support in system and process improvements. Primary focus areas HSEQ Promotion - effectively communicating the intent of company Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies, objectives, and targets to all relevant stakeholders; Risk Management and Compliance - assisting internal auditing, promoting compliance with CMC’s IMS and other legal requirements, identifying business risks, and maintaining risk and compliance registers; Systems and Process Improvement – working with functional leaders regarding process mapping, process improvement initiatives, and system and process documentation; Accreditation and IMS Maintenance - Overseeing the maintenance of the company’s HSEQ accreditations and IMS and promoting their alignment across business functions. About You To thrive in this challenging role, you will need the following : Certificate or Diploma of Quality Auditing including Lead Auditor in Health and Safety, Environment and Quality Management Systems, Management Systems Leadership; Proven ability coordinating ISO accreditations, specifically Health & Safety, Environment and Quality Management Systems; Solid experience developing and maintaining Integrated Management Systems (IMS) documentation, including document control via a company intranet site platform such as Microsoft Sharepoint or similar.
