We're looking for a Store Manager to lead our Robin's Kitchen Menai Marketplace store, take ownership of performance, and build a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day. This role operates on a rotating fortnightly roster.
What you'll be doing
* Owning store performance, driving sales, and achieving budget and KPI targets
* Leading from the floor and setting the standard for customer service
* Coaching, motivating, and developing your Assistant Manager and team
* Recruiting, inducting, and developing team members
* Managing stock control, deliveries, inventory accuracy, and stocktakes
* Ensuring visual merchandising, windows, and store presentation meet brand guidelines
* Overseeing rosters, store administration, and data integrity
* Maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-run store environment

* Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment
* Commercially minded with a strong focus on sales and results
* Confident, hands-on leader who leads by example
* Passionate about customer experience and developing people
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
