About the Role:
Create memorable moments and amazing experiences for our guests as a Bartender You will bring with you a good understanding of beverages across the board, the confidence to make suggestions and upsell to guests and a passion for amplifying the guest's experience. Seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic and vibrant environment, and who thrive in a fast-paced setting where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. 1 year prior experience required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages including cocktails
* Work with a large range of local and imported wines, spirts and craft beers
* Upsell and Suggestive sell
* Restock and replenish bar inventory supplies
* Provide a personalised, exceptional standard of service
* Ensure safe and responsible service of alcohol
* Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and resolving any issues that may arise promptly and professionally.
About you:
* 1 years experience in a similar role is required
* Extensive beverage knowledge
* A valid RSA
* The ability to work in a fast paced environment with high volumes of customers
* The ability to work effectively in a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities
