We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in Cobram. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' machinery is running smoothly and efficiently.
About the Role
* Maintain and repair a variety of agricultural equipment, including tractors and headers.
* Diagnose faults and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime.
* Mentor apprentices and encourage teamwork and growth within the team.
* Participate in on-site visits and after-hours calls to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
* A heavy vehicle diesel mechanic/technician trade qualification or willingness to acquire.
* A current driver's license.
* Strong fault-finding and repair skills with a mechanically minded approach.
* Excellent work ethic and commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
* Well-presented and customer-focused.
