About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Catering Assistant / Supervisor (All Rounder) to support kitchen operations and front‐of‐house service in a busy university residential dining hall.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver front‐of‐house service in a supervisory role when required, including meal service
* Provide professional and friendly customer service
* Plate and serve meals to a diverse customer base
* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
* Support functions and conference catering
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
Desired Skills and Experience
* Experience in kitchen operations and service in a high‐volume environment
* Front‐of‐house supervisory experience essential
* Strong organisational skills in fast‐paced team settings
* Reliable with flexible availability across various shifts
* Professional and motivated approach
* Sound knowledge of food safety and OH&S practices
* Ability to perform under pressure during peak service periods
