Overview

Committed to staff development, this role offers a Senior Project Architect a clear pathway to an Associate title (and beyond). Focusing on the management and oversight of the process, you'll be involved in both Project and Client interfacing, while overseeing the team to ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards. You'll be an expert communicator with strong organisational abilities.
Responsibilities
* Leading Client, Contractor and Design meetings
* Project resourcing, programming, and design and technical oversight
* Selection and briefing of consultants
* Ensuring design intent is upheld throughout all project stages
* Client liaison and management – communicating design changes, progress reports and variations
* Utilising your client relationship abilities to build business networks
Essential Criteria / Qualifications
* 8-10 years of post-graduate experience
* ARBV registration (preferred but not essential)
* Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
* Previous experience leading large apartment and hotel projects ($20M-$50M+)
* Strong foundation as an all-round Architect with Revit proficiency and involvement across all project stages

Salary expectations: in the range of $130,000 plus Superannuation.
