We are looking for someone with experience in a Franchised Dealership environment, ideally as a Sales Manager or Assistant Manager. While Volkswagen brand experience is an advantage, comprehensive training will be provided.

* Proven ability to drive sales and deliver results
* Excellent product knowledge and a deep understanding of the sales process
* Strong mentoring and coaching skills to motivate staff
* Financial acumen and confidence in closing deals
