The Role: The Senior Business Analyst will work under the direction of Project Manager to provide clarity around the scope of the project and run discovery workshops to uncover requirements from business stakeholders.
The Responsibilities:
* Requirements elicitation using interviews and workshops
* Technology functionalities analysis to support the processes
* Understand gaps, pain points and recommend process/ technology solutions
* Document process maps, requirements, business rules, instructions, and other relevant artefacts
* Support testing of solution
* Support and coordinate with Vendor for implementing SaaS solutions
Skills & Experience Required:
* A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst working within the Health or Aged Care sector.
* Prior experience with delivering Nurse Call, EMR or projects that integrate into Nurse Call systems is strongly desired.
* Experience with developing a requirements management plan is essential.
* Experience with delivering a discovery analysis report is essential.
* Ability to test scope, scenario, test data and analysis of test output.
* Analysis of functionalities and configuration required in the solution.
