About the role
We're all about helping our members make the most of their money. As the Operating Model Design Specialist, you'll lead the design and implementation of enterprise‐level operating models that support ART's strategic priorities, regulatory obligations, and performance outcomes.
This role will play a key role in shaping how our enterprise operates—aligning strategy, structure, governance and capability to enable delivery at scale.
This is a high‐impact role for someone who operates confidently across strategy, design and delivery, and enjoys partnering with senior leaders to translate strategic intent into practical, sustainable operating models. You'll shape how work is organised and delivered across the enterprise, creating clarity, accountability and alignment.
Day to day, you'll
* Design current‐state and future‐state operating models aligned to enterprise strategy.
* Partner with executive and senior leaders to realign teams, capabilities and ways of working.
* Simplify and align governance and decision‐making frameworks.
* Define and embed clear performance outcomes linked to strategic priorities.
* Facilitate workshops and co‐design sessions with business leaders.
* Develop and maintain enterprise artefacts such as capability maps, org structures and process frameworks.
* Provide thought leadership on operating model design and enterprise transformation.
* Collaborate with Change, People & Culture and Strategy teams to support effective implementation.
* Monitor the effectiveness of operating models and drive continuous improvement.
* Ensure alignment with risk, compliance and regulatory requirements.

* Experience leading complex, cross‐functional initiatives.
* Excellent facilitation, communication and presentation skills.
* Knowledge of governance, performance management and capability frameworks.
* An adaptive leadership style—comfortable navigating change and ambiguity.
