As a Cleaning Technician with Clear-Out Group, you'll play a vital role in transforming homes and lives by restoring safe, livable environments for individuals facing challenging circumstances. You'll work independently and as part of a supportive team, helping clients reclaim their spaces with dignity and respect. Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs while assisting with decluttering and organizing spaces affected by hoarding and squalor.
Independent Work: Take initiative to work one-on-one with clients, ensuring efficient and effective clearing processes with professionalism and empathy.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside a dedicated team to tackle challenges and achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Communication Skills: Build rapport with clients, listen to their concerns, and offer guidance throughout the decluttering journey.
Motivation and Negotiation: Stay motivated during challenging situations and use effective negotiation skills to encourage clients to make decisions that improve their living spaces.
Regular Domestic Assistance: Provide ongoing domestic support to help clients maintain a clean and organised environment.
Hoarder and Squalor Cleaning: Deliver compassionate and thorough cleaning services, restoring homes to safe, hygienic conditions.
Requirements:
Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Motivation & Positivity: Self-driven with a positive attitude, inspiring confidence in clients.
Negotiation & Empathy: Ability to navigate sensitive situations with kindness and understanding.
Reliability & Professionalism: Punctual, dependable, and committed to high standards of conduct.
Flexibility: Adaptable to different environments and varying client needs.
Experience: Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
Essential:
NSW Police Check (required)
Valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle
Cleaning Experience Preferred
Immediate Start
Above award pay rate
Travel across the Central Coast and Newcastle is required
