We're now seeking an experienced, organised and energetic Activity Manager to oversee program operations, logistics, activity development and team leadership across our diverse adventure offerings.

What You'll Do
The Activity Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of all adventure programs, ensuring they run safely, smoothly and at the highest standard.
You will lead:
Program & Camp Management
* Oversee daily program operations, logistics, equipment, staffing checks and site movements to ensure smooth, safe delivery of all camp types.
Rostering & Workforce Planning
* Create rosters 10 weeks ahead, manage weekly updates, and ensure the right staff are allocated across all programs.
Activity Development & Quality Improvement
* Improve and develop activities, enhance engagement, lead Coordinators, and provide SOPs, session structures and Risk Assessments.
School Holiday Program Management
* Manage bookings, payments, waivers, customer communication and safety documentation for holiday programs.
Staff Training, Leadership & Support
* Train and brief staff, provide ongoing coaching, and support instructors to deliver safe, engaging and consistent sessions.
What You Bring
We're seeking a leader who is:
* Highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple programs at once
* Experienced in outdoor education, school camps, tourism or adventure program delivery
* A strong communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment
* Skilled at coordinating teams, rostering, planning and logistics
* Committed to safety, structure, documentation and risk management
* Passionate about engaging children and young people through outdoor learning
* Comfortable working flexible hours to support multi‑day camp programs
Highly Desirable
* First Aid/CPR (or willing to obtain)
* Blue Card (or willing to get one)
* Outdoor education training or leadership credentials
