About The Service
The primary role of AARCS (Acute to Aged Related Services) is to assist older individuals—and their carers and families—to access appropriate services to support a safe and timely discharge from the hospital. Key Responsibilities

You'll need to be a confident communicator, skilled negotiator, and passionate advocate for older patients and their families.
