About The Role
Rimmington Legal is seeking a talented and passionate Solicitor to join our dynamic team in Swansea, NSW. As a Solicitor focused on family and criminal law, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality legal services to our diverse client base. What You'll Be Doing
* Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in family and criminal matters
* Conducting thorough research, preparing legal documents, and appearing in court on behalf of clients
* Maintaining strong client relationships by effectively communicating complex legal issues
* Collaborating with the wider legal team to ensure the efficient and successful resolution of cases
* Staying up-to-date with changes in family and criminal law legislation and best practices
* Contributing to the growth and development of the firm's family and criminal law practice areas
What We're Looking For
* Solid experience (3-5 years) as a Solicitor, with a focus on family and criminal law
* Minimum 1 year of specific experience in family law matters required
* Minimum 1 year of specific experience in criminal law matters required
* Excellent legal research and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively
* Strong advocacy and negotiation skills, with the confidence to represent clients in court
* Exceptional client service orientation and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to contribute to the growth of the firm
* Current admission to practice as a solicitor in NSW is required
