The role involves leading the Service Planning Team, working closely with the operations manager to drive efficiency, innovation, and team development across the national service planning department.
Responsibilities and Expectations
* Lead and inspire the Service Planning Team at Atlas Copco.
* Collaborate with the operations manager to optimize planning and customer service operations.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and drive team performance.
* Provide real‑time reporting and insights to support decision making.
Qualifications and Experience
* Service Coordination Expertise: A solid grasp of planning and customer service operations.
* Leadership Skills: Experience managing planning or scheduling teams.
* Clear Communication: Strong organisational, verbal, and written communication abilities.
* Tech‑Savviness: Comfortable learning new systems and processes; SAP experience is a plus.
* Software Proficiency: Confident using Word, Excel, and other planning tools.
