Salary: $43.82 - $46.44 per hour plus Super (Band 3)

The role sits within a vibrant Arts & Culture setting, hosting events from internal clients and community groups to national and international artists.
Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming and informative experience to all patrons and visitors to Bunjil Place.
- Deliver exceptional ushering and customer service to theatre patrons.
- Welcome and interact with guests as they enter the precinct; scan tickets and usher to seats.
- Provide show information including restrictions, interval times and performance details.
- Monitor theatre safety and wellbeing of attendees.
- Assist with setting up and packing up for functions and events.
What you’ll bring
- Excellent communication skills to engage with a diverse audience.
- Ability to problem solve calmly and considerately.
- RSA Certification.
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check, Eligibility to Work check, and Functional Assessment (Medical/Physio).
