About this Opportunity
Join our VIC Service Sales team (Melbourne‐based) to focus on Planned Service Agreements (PSA). We welcome experience in BMS, HVAC, or Security.
Responsibilities
* Industry networking to promote visibility of Johnson Controls in the market.
* Drive growth via new recurring service business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, selling and closing new PSAs.
* Develop PSA offerings, including digitally enabled service products.
* Work in partnership with local teams to support development of proposals and estimates.
* Establish and build client relationships to identify their needs and priorities.
* Establish budgets and document information for next steps.
* Prepare and deliver client presentations.
* Negotiate and agree on contract terms and conditions.
* Close deals and initiate handover to service delivery teams.
Qualifications
* 5+ years' experience in HVAC, BMS or Security.
* Exceptional customer‐facing skills with a hunting mindset.
* Proven sales skills and ability to identify customer needs and priorities.
* Financial and business acumen with strong customer relationship management skills.
* Knowledge and ability to embrace current industry technologies and digital service offerings.
* Strong pipeline management, experience using Salesforce (SFDC).
* Proven track record of delivering strong results with full accountability.
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, both internally and with customers and stakeholders.
* Excellent networking skills, business‐minded, change‐oriented and proactive.
* Strong established network in the local market.
* Ability to obtain your Security Licence.
* Current right to work in Australia.
