Join our close-knit team and play a key role in driving our continued growth.Why You'll Love Working HereBe part of a thriving business in the adventure, caravanning and overlanding spaceSell premium, Australian-made products with strong customer demandWork in an environment that values initiative, passion for the outdoors, and sales successOpportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, enthusiastic teamThe RoleAs a Sales Consultant, you will:Regularly reach out to qualified leads, re-engage previous prospects and nurture customer interest through personalised phone conversations, ensuring each customer has the information and support they need to progress toward a purchaseGuide customers through the sales process — from first enquiry to final handoverPresent, demonstrate and sell our range of camper trailers to customersIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and dealer relationshipsMeet weekly, monthly and annual sales targetsSupport customers during trade events and represent us professionally at major industry tradeshowsMaintain accurate records in our CRM and update customer data promptlyProvide post-sale customer support and ensure a smooth handover processReport on sales performance and market activity to managementWorking hours include Monday to Saturday on a rotating roster.
You must also be available to attend weekend tradeshows as required - both locally and interstate (minimum of four per year).
What We're Looking ForProven track record in sales — ideally in caravans, campers or related industries; or strong sales record in another sector, especially in roles involving high-value, non-consumable or luxury goods, where consultative selling and relationship-based sales are essential.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targetsSolid communication, negotiation and customer-service skillsConfidence in presenting and demonstrating products (in-person or via video link)Organisation and time-management skills — ability to follow-up and manage multiple leads or customersFlexibility to work Saturdays (on a rotating roster) and attend trade shows as requiredA "can-do", enthusiastic, customer-focused attitude and passion for caravanning, camping or the outdoor lifestyleSales training or formal sales experience is highly regarded — but diploma or formal qualification is not mandatory.
