Legal Secretary
We are seeking a passionate Legal Secretary/Assistant to join our dedicated team within our litigation team. The position is based in Byron Bay, New South Wales and is permanent full time.

The role will include:
* Working in a litigation and personal injury team;
* Assisting and supporting the solicitors with administration/secretarial tasks;
* Preparing correspondence and court documents;
* Arranging and booking travel;
* Organising and booking conferences and appointments;
* Handling client and associate queries via email and phone; and
* File and diary management.
The successful candidate will be provided training in Leap software but proficiency would be beneficial.
About you:
A successful candidate will have the following:
* Experience working in a law firm (desirable but not essential);
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* High level of attention to detail;
* Strong administration skills;
* Fantastic time management and the ability to multitask;
* A great work ethic; and
* Professional manner.
