Role Overview
We are seeking a full‑time Marketing Coordinator to join our client's Perth‑based marketing team. Reporting to senior marketing leadership, you will drive brand awareness, engagement, and messaging across digital and traditional channels. Key duties include coordinating campaigns, managing social media, producing content, and supporting internal communications. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and distribute engaging, brand‑aligned content for web, email, press releases, newsletters, and social media platforms.
* Contribute to brand strategy by ensuring messaging is consistent and impactful across all stakeholder touchpoints.
* Maintain the marketing calendar, tracking project timelines to ensure timely delivery of materials and campaigns.
* Manage social media channels: create and schedule posts, engage with audiences, and analyse performance metrics to inform improvements.
* Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels, collaborating with internal teams or external agencies as needed.
* Develop or source visual assets and branded materials, working alongside designers or creative partners when necessary.
* Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports with recommendations for optimisation.
* Support internal communications initiatives such as newsletters, announcements, and occasional media outreach.
* Assist with marketing events, trade shows, or conferences by preparing promotional materials and coordinating logistics.
* Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities, introducing fresh ideas and best practices to the team.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
* Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
* Experience managing social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
* Familiarity with email marketing tools and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently and collaboratively.
* Creative mindset with a proactive attitude and willingness to contribute across various initiatives.
