As General Manager, Open Space Maintenance, you will oversee a $200M annual budget and lead a workforce of over 630 employees responsible for maintaining Brisbane's green spaces, botanic gardens, high-profile parks, urban cleansing, signage, arboriculture, stormwater treatment assets, and emergency response operations.
This role demands strategic leadership to ensure integrated, cost-effective service delivery while championing safety, compliance, and environmental responsibility.

You will bring proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed blue-collar teams, engaging with authenticity and building a culture of trust and accountability.

Tertiary qualifications in business management and/or project management (or equivalent) are highly desirable.
