Salary: $76,515.00 per annum plus superannuation
Key Responsibilities:
* System Design & Integration: Analyse, develop, and evaluate system designs, architecture, and data models for configuration and integration.
* Network Infrastructure Management: Monitor, research, and optimize network
* infrastructure to ensure peak performance and reliability.
* Application & System Support: Manage application support processes, investigate technical issues, and provide expert troubleshooting for networks and systems.
* Installation & Maintenance: Install, configure, test, and maintain networks, software, servers, and workstations, while planning upgrades and performance optimizations.
* Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation for network inventory, fault resolutions, and system modifications, generating reports as needed.
* Monitoring & Security: Use monitoring tools to track system and network performance, conduct basic vulnerability assessments, and ensure incident resolution aligns with protocols.
* Policy & Best Practices: Apply operational procedures, configure network settings, and ensure compliance with standard policies and industry best practices.
* Automation & Scripting: Develop and implement scripts to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and enhance system efficiency.
* Backup & Disaster Recovery: Manage backup solutions, perform regular data integrity checks, and oversee disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity.
* Access & Identity Management: Administer user accounts, permissions, and authentication systems, ensuring secure access to applications and network resources.
