The House Manager role is a dynamic position that requires a high level of emotional intelligence, leadership skills and a passion for supporting vulnerable young people in intensive therapeutic care. This individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapeutic care that promotes the social, emotional and behavioural needs of these young people.
This position works within a trauma-informed framework and involves close collaboration with the Therapeutic Specialist, Caseworker, Coordinator and other ITC staff to provide comprehensive support and assistance to young people. The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications at Bachelor Degree level in social work, community services or a related field, as well as proven experience in developing behavioral management programs for children and adolescents with challenging behaviors.
Key responsibilities include:

* Leading and supervising the ITC Therapeutic Youth Work team to ensure high quality therapeutic care is provided to young people.

* Developing and implementing behavioral management programs to support young people with complex needs.
\
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support and care is provided to young people.
\
* Maintaining accurate records and reports to inform decision-making and service development.
Requirements:

* Tertiary qualification at Bachelor Degree level in social work, community services or a related field.
\
* Proven experience in developing behavioral management programs for children and adolescents with challenging behaviors.
\
* Ability to work collaboratively and constructively within teams.
\
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
