We're seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead a high-impact ICT transition for a
Federal Government client
. This is your chance to shape a significant transformation—moving ICT services from an in-house model to a shared services arrangement—while ensuring continuity, security, and value-for-money outcomes.

Clearance:
Must be able to obtain NV1 (Negative Vetting Level 1)
Experience Level:
EL1 equivalent

This isn't just an ICT project—it's about strengthening the digital backbone of a high-profile office that plays a key role in national operations. You'll lead a critical ICT transition while providing guidance to an established in-house IT team of four staff.
What you'll do
* Design and deliver an ICT strategy that supports business goals
* Lead the ICT services transition to shared services with minimal disruption
* Advise and influence senior stakeholders with clear, strategic guidance
* Build trusted relationships across the agency and with external partners
* Manage contracts, budgets, risks, and resources effectively
* Oversee day-to-day ICT operations and ensure system security and resilience
What we're looking for
* Project Management expertise
(SFIA Level 5) – end-to-end delivery of medium-scale projects
* Stakeholder Relationship Management
(SFIA Level 5) – strong communication across technical and non-technical groups
* Financial Management skills
(SFIA Level 4) – budgeting, compliance, and value delivery
* Demonstrated experience leading ICT projects in the
public sector
* Strong leadership to guide and support a small IT team
