Role Description
We are seeking a results‐driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Canberra. This is a full‐time remote role where you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with brokers and partners, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to meet and exceed business objectives. The role also requires regular client meetings, market research, and reporting on business development activities and results.
Qualifications
* Experience in business development, client acquisition, and account management
* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and sales forecasting
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
* Knowledge of the financial services or premium funding industry is advantageous
* Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
* Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets in a competitive marketplace
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
