Are you a highly organised Project Support Officer with a passion for major infrastructure?
We're looking for a talented individual to play a key role in a significant Queensland government project.
This is a long-term contract where you'll provide high-level administrative, governance, and operational support to a dedicated project team.

Your New Role:
- Be the backbone of the project: Provide essential administrative and operational support, from scheduling key meetings and recording minutes to managing approvals and reporting processes.
- Keep us on track: Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring everything aligns with our objectives.
You'll also track budgets and resources, keeping a close eye on performance measures.
- Manage the details: Help prepare and distribute critical project documents, including reports, plans, and presentations.
You'll also ensure our governance frameworks are followed to the letter.
- Build relationships: Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong working relationships to keep the project moving forward.
Ideal Candidate:
- Your Experience: You have a solid background in providing project support, with a strong preference for experience within a public sector or major infrastructure environment.
- Your Skills: You're a pro at project management principles and governance.
Your organisational and time management skills are second to none, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Your Communication: You're an excellent communicator, both in writing and in person.
You can prepare clear, concise, and professional documentation with ease.
What You’ll Receive
- $67.13+ per hour plus super
- Sunshine Coast - Buderim location
