Key Skills & Experience
* Australian Citizen with NV1
* Experience Marriage with enterprise-level tool ecosystems, such as IT Service
* Management- ITSM tools, monitoring tools, security tools & development Environments - ServiceNow, Jira, ansible, Splunk
* Experience in tool configuration, integration, and lifecycle management.
* Experience in cloud technologies - AWS, Azure, GCP, networking & virtualization
* Experience in IT tool architecture, configurationinstillingtons & performance optimization.
* Experience with scripting & automation- PowerShell, Python, Bash for tool integration & customization.
* Experience in APIs, web services & automation platforms for integrating various enterprise tools.
* Experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC) & monitoring/alerting systems.
