* Deliver renovation, extension and knock down rebuild projects valued up to $5m.

About The Role
* Leading Hand Carpenter vacancy.
* Initial project is in Northbridge valued at $3m.
* Future project locations will be in the North Shore and Northern Beaches areas.
* Will report into the Site Foreman.
* Assist with the management of carpenters / apprentices and specialist trades.
* Salary between $90,000 and $110,000 plus Super.
Duties
* Site management of trades and carpenters / apprentices.
* Quality assurance.
* Reading and interpreting plans and drawings.
* Assist with scheduling trades and material orders.
* Liaising with project stakeholders.
* WH&S.
Skills & Experience
* Carpentry trade background – Certificate III in Carpentry.
* At least 2 years' experience as a Qualified Carpenter.
* Demonstrated experience of residential home construction projects including renovations, extensions and new builds.
