This is your chance to lead the Prescription marketing team, driving the development and activation of cutting-edge brand strategies within our Business Unit portfolio. Shape the success story of our Acne, Rosacea, and Biologics categories while achieving sales, profit, and market share milestones.
Key Responsibilities
1. Create both short and long-term marketing strategies, including pioneering plans for new product launches, positioning our brands at the forefront of innovation.
2. Take charge of delivering annual growth and securing market share targets, fostering the continued success of our portfolio.
3. Analyse the return on investment for brand and customer activations, strategically channelling resources for maximum impact while adhering to corporate policies.
4. Actively engage in supporting net working capital targets, leading reviews, and fostering collaborative partnerships with sales, category, and prescription teams.
5. Develop core KPIs for the marketing team, steering them towards surpassing sales targets, and effectively communicate results across the business.
6. Partner closely with channel sales leaders to drive Integrated Planning, leveraging resources effectively for impactful customer engagement.
7. Lead engagement strategies for Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), elevating brand strategies and sales narratives.
8. Champion the development of brand strategies that support category development and sales stories, contributing to annual Integrated Planning cycles.
9. Establish yourself as a collaborative business partner, fostering relationships with sales, category, and prescription teams for mutual success.
Skills & Qualifications
10. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
11. 5+ years of invaluable marketing experience in Prescription, including Biologics expertise is essential
12. Proven proficiency in Consumer and Shopper research methodologies, demonstrating an aptitude for analysis.
13. Extensive understanding of marketing and sales operations and processes.
14. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
