You'll be based at our Concrete Products Head Office in Hulland Ward, Derbyshire—the largest concrete products factory in the UK.
If you want to develop new skills in PLCs, robotics, and large-scale machinery, our engineering team can support your growth into a pivotal member of our engineering function.
You will play a vital role in maintaining high-volume operations by performing reactive and planned maintenance on varied equipment onsite.
You will join a collaborative engineering team that welcomes new ideas and initiatives to improve efficiency and safety.There are opportunities to lead projects and upgrades around the site.
Your typical week will be:Week 1: Monday to Friday, 06:15-15:00Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 14:45-00:30Who you areExperience in an industrial or engineering environment, from manufacturing, maintenance, or military backgroundElectrical certification and confidence working with electrical systemsEager to learn about PLCs, robotics, and modern engineering practicesProblem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to get things operational againSafety-conscious, detail-focused, and team-orientedWe are committed to building a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
