We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills and have a proven track record of ensuring the accuracy and quality of reports produced by consultants in a timely manner. They will also provide technical advice to consultants and customers, and coordinate high-quality business administration support for independent medical assessment and advice to team members, consultants, customers, clients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review medico-legal reports according to quality framework and relevant regulations and legislation.
* Undertake quality assurance of reports, AMS forms, and assessments, ensuring compliance with customer, legislative specifications, standards, processes, and guidelines.
* Identify inaccurate, deficient, or incomplete reports and resolve issues with stakeholders.
* Assist consultant, customer, or team member training sessions as needed.
* Support new staff induction.
* Escalate matters requiring intervention to appropriate personnel.
* Advise on possible delays in turnaround times where applicable.
* Prioritize workflow based on availability, requests, and urgency.
Qualifications:
* Experience in medical, allied health, and/or personal injury industry.
* Driving quality assurance programs experience.
* Understanding of case management practices related to independent medical reports is beneficial.
* Coordinating customer-focused administrative support experience.
* Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
* Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
