What you'll do:
* Contribute to meaningful, life‐changing innovations that improve patient outcomes
* Provide in theatre case support to clinicians, delivering high quality in‐servicing, workshops, and training for hospital teams
* Maintain deep product and clinical knowledge through ongoing training, delivering a consistently high standard of clinical support and customer experience
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and hospital staff, identifying opportunities and partnering with the sales teams to support customer needs
* Partner with cross‐functional, high‐performing teams in a fast‐paced environment
* Support the broader ANZ business as needed, while consistently representing Boston Scientific with professionalism and integrity
* Take ownership, solve complex challenges, and grow your career in a purpose‐led organisation
What we're looking for:
* Clinical Experience within healthcare, medical devices or a related environment
* Relationship builder, developing trusted, long‐term partnerships with key clinical and hospital stakeholders
* A self‐starter with a growth mindset, bringing curiosity, agility, and continuous learning to develop deep product expertise and keep pace with evolving clinical needs
* Clear and confident communicator, capable of planning and prioritizing effectively, working autonomously, and collaborating with high‐performing, cross‐functional teams to support clinicians and achieve shared objectives
